CONCERNING
EXTENSION OF THE VALIDITY PERIOD OF DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE NO. 111/KMK.04/2003 CONCERNING SUDDENLY CUSTOMS INSPECTION IN IMPORT AS AMENDED SEVERAL TIMES, THE LATEST BY REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE NO. 114/PMK.04/2006
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE,
Considering:
- a. that in the framework of enhancing the performance of personnel of the Directorate General of Tax in performing customs duties in import, it is needed customs monitoring by the Inspectorate General;
- b. that based on the consideration as described in a., it is necessary to stipulate a regulation of the Minister of Finance concerning The Extension of Validity Period of Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 111/KMK.04/2003 concerning Suddenly Customs Inspection in Import as amended several times, the latest by Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 114/PMK.04/2006;
In view of:
- 1. Law No. 10/1995 concerning Customs (Statute Book No. 75/1995, Supplement to Statute Book No. 3612) as amended by Law No. 17/2006 (Statute Book No. 93/2006, Supplement to Statute Book No. 4661);
- 2. Presidential Decree No. 20/P/2005;
- 3. Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 111/KMK.04/2003 concerning Suddenly Customs Inspection in Import as amended several times, the latest by Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 114/PMK.04/2006;
HAS DECIDED:
To stipulate:
THE REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE CONCERNING THE EXTENSION OF THE VALIDITY PERIOD OF DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE NO. 111/KMK.04/2003 CONCERNING SUDDENLY CUSTOMS INSPECTION IN IMPORT AS AMENDED SEVERAL TIMES, THE LATEST BY REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE NO. 114/PMK.04/2006.
Article 1
To extend the validity period of the Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 111/KMK.04/2003 concerning Suddenly Customs Inspection Import as amended several times, the latest by Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 114/PMK.04/2006, up to December 31, 2008.
Article 2
This regulation comes to effect from the day of stipulation and is retroactive from January 1, 2008.
For public cognizance, this regulation shall be announced by placing it in State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
